What the software does not do
DispatchNode does not perform mobile vehicle inspection work or replace the person on site.
A pre-purchase look at a used truck is a normal mobile vehicle inspection job, and it still falls apart when the vehicle never gets written down. Marlin takes that on the first ring and holds the before the wire transfer.
The seller's lot is part of the same record. Crews should not have to call back to learn how to reach the site. Notes stay on the DispatchNode job.
Operators on the $99 Lite plan get one seat and their own phones. Local requests inside the radius they set start after the plan is paid. A company can pass any request. The street address is shown after the claim.
This site is a demo of that line for mobile vehicle inspection. The local company still does the work.
